Here’s my customer/hostess thank you gifts. I love them. This is the diaper fold made from the 6×6 Sending Love DS paper stack. The heart is from the Love Notes framelits. Real Red card stock and a little bling. I added a ghirardelli chocolate, some red paper shred and a little stamp. These particular stamps are from the demonstrator only supplies. They all have a “hand stamped by” saying on them. I purchased them many years ago. Unfortunately they are no longer available. ☹️
Since I used 6×6 paper, the pockets are a little small. I made 8×8 but they were a bit to big. The smaller size was way to cute to pass up.
Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing any of the items.
Thanks for stopping in. Have a spectacular day!!!
A continuation from my earlier post….I thought I would pop a couple pics in here of my traditional scrapbooking style. Just a little comparison between Project Life and traditional. Most of the items you see, the monkey, the tree’s, the coconuts, banana’s, the flowers were all made with Stampin’ Up! punches. The creation of the elements made with the punches was not my idea (unfortunately I don’t remember where I saw it), but once I started I just ran with it. Although it was time consuming, I was really happy with the finished product. If you’d like, leave a comment about your scrapbooking style.
Finally. With the holidays and all the birthdays we have this time of year, I haven’t had time to work on my Project Life. Well, I did it! As a traditional scrapbooker I was a little skeptical with a new style of scrapbooking. I thought it seemed impersonal. After completing a couple of pages, pretty quick I might add, I’m crazy about it. For me traditional scrapbooking can take hours. It can also be pain staking, putting a page together and then tearing it apart because it doesn’t quite capture what you want it to. Now, I’m not going to give up traditional scrapbooking, but I will definitely incorporate Project Life. Project Life is a great way to preserve the little things in life we take for granted. Like, snapping a photo of your favorite Starbucks coffee. Commit to taking a photo every day. Preserve the memories of the little things that make up your daily life.
As always, thanks for stopping in. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

I had a hostess request a Valentine’s Day themed Stampin’ Up! party. In keeping with her request, I customized the party invitations. I think it high lights what Stampin’ Up! is about, especially to those who may not be familiar with SU. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until I had about 20 of these done before I realized I had put 2016 . UGH!!
Hope you like it in spite of my error. Thanks for stopping in. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
I Love this cute box and note card set. I made this one for a friend of mine. Needless to say, she loved it. I have to admit I made one for me to. I have a feeling there are many more of these in my future. Anyway, I case’d this project from Scrimpingmommy. She’s so talented , zip over to her website to grab all the details for this project.
Thanks for stopping.
I hope everyone is having a great day. Today I wanted to share a birthday day card made from the Balloon Adventures stamp set. I used the coordinating thinlits die. I love how Stampin’ Up has made it so easy to make a cute pop up card. The stamps are photopolymer, making it a breeze to place your imagine where you want it.
Don’t forget it’s Sale-A-Bration for every $50 you spend (before taxes & shipping) receive a free Stampin’ Up product of your choice from the Sale-A-Bration catalog.

Just had to share this smores kit I put together for a Christmas gift. The kit included; a fire pit, a stack of wood, long stick matches, graham crackers, 2 giant chocolate bars, marshmallows, 2 oven mitts, smores skewers. I also made 2 jars of hot cocoa mix and tied miniature bottles of peppermint schnapps to them. I hung a couple Christmas ornaments on the top of the fire pit screen and ta dah…cute gift!
Thanks for stopping by!
As I mentioned in my previous post, I’m trying to use up some of my retired SU products. So I came up with my own version of “Throw Back Thursday”.
This is the cutest little tote! I ran across this template many years ago but never attempted to make it until recently. It’s not the easiest project, but the end result is definitely worth it. I’m not sure who the original creator is, but I got the template from Maria Bell.
Hope you like it!
I hope you had a great Christmas and a very Happy New Year. I can’t believe January is half over, where has it gone. Christmas time is always crazy at my house. I tend to go a little over board, it’s my favorite holiday. Lots of decorations and lots of cookies. Yikes!!
I’ve been working on a few projects to share. I’m cleaning out some of my retired SU products. When I say “cleaning out”, I mean using them. I’m going to have my own version of “Throw Back Thursday” using retired papers, inks and stamps. I will have some projects to share with current SU products and of course Sale-a-bration items.
Thanks for stopping in. First “Throw Back Thursday” post is tomorrow…
See you then!
